Day Of Pampering: Spa + Private Driver

The Chiang Mai Riverside has exceeded my expectations.  The hotel itself is fantastic, but the service is what sets them a part from any hotel I've stayed at in the past.  My hotel "room" is a full fledge apartment.  It's so big there are two thermostats to control temp, air flow and air pressure.  I'm not ready to leave this hotel.

I've done quite a bit of hiking to see sights the past few days so I decided to rent a private car to transport me to the infamous Wat Phra That Doi Suthep.  The locals say if you haven't been to this temple, you haven't been to Chiang Mai.

I ended the day at the Oasis Spa Baan Saen Doi location in Chiang Mai.  I treated myself to the Thai Herbal Steam [sauna] + Thai Herbal Clay Body Wrap + 1 hr Hot Oil Massage + 2 hr Thai Massage.  My body was in bad shape in general but my calfs were in the worst conditions [mental note to self not to hike in Nike slides].
